If you are being asked for a subscription key:

You may have received an email titled "Set up your ALL In Learning Account," which contains your subscription key.
Your school may have added your email address as an approved account, but what you entered doesn't match. Confirm you typed your email correctly on the signup screen and then ask your admin to check it in their account under "Teachers & Admins."
